Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), the largest hospitality company in India and a subsidiary of the Tata Group, has formally unveiled its new hotel brand Gateway Dehradun in the capital city of Uttarakhand which is the first hotel brand bearing the Gateway label and it will also give the company a strong presence in the north part of India.
Gateway Dehradun located imagesquely in Doon Valley between the Shivalik foothills and the Himalayas, Gateway Dehradun will be its 100th key addition to its expanding portfolio.

The growth in Dehradun by IHCL is consistent with the growth patterns in the larger industry, where hospitality players are expanding in the presence of growing business operations in the mid-tier and emerging urban centres in India to meet the emerging demand generated by domestic tourism, corporate travel, and experiential stay.
