Spice Lounge Enters Luxury Hospitality with New Acquisitions

Spice Lounge Food Works announced a strategic entry into the luxury hospitality and premium nightlife sector with the acquisition of Rightfest Hospitality LLP and plans to evaluate a majority stake in Blackstone Management LLC.

The company’s board approved the move on October 28, marking a major diversification from its core culinary business into high-end experiential entertainment. Rightfest Hospitality operates premium lifestyle venues such as SALUD in Goa and XORA Bar & Kitchen in Hyderabad. SLFWL will acquire a 100 percent stake in Rightfest, with the transaction expected to close within 12 months.

The market responded positively to the announcement—SLFWL shares surged 5 percent, closing at INR 47.52, extending a 400 percent year-to-date (YTD) gain, underscoring strong investor confidence in its growth outlook.
