Bollywood actor John Abraham has leased his 2,000 sq ft Bandra apartment to a publisher for a monthly rent of Rs. 7.5 lakh, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.

The apartment, located on the third floor of the Green Acre building, has been rented for 36 months with a security deposit of Rs. 24 lakh.

The lease transaction was registered on October 30, with a stamp duty of Rs. 70,100 and a registration fee of Rs. 1,000.
