NILE Hospitality to Open Accor Hotel in Nagpur

NILE Hospitality has announced plans to open its first Accor-branded hotel in Nagpur, marking a major milestone in expanding its footprint in Central India.

The move strengthens the company’s strategy of collaborating with leading global hospitality brands to develop professionally managed, high-performance hotel assets in high-growth Indian cities.

The upcoming hotel will feature 120 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites, catering to both business and leisure travellers. It also includes a multi-cuisine restaurant with an open live kitchen, a bar for relaxation, and a deli offering casual bites.

With a strong emphasis on meetings and events, the property will offer approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor event spaces. Facilities will include a banquet hall, terrace lawn, alfresco lounge, and multiple meeting rooms, positioning the hotel as a preferred destination for conferences, weddings, and large social gatherings in Nagpur.

Leisure amenities will include an outdoor swimming pool, spa, and gym, ensuring a well-rounded hospitality experience for guests. The development is expected to enhance Nagpur’s growing hospitality landscape, particularly in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and wedding segments.
