Manglam Group Enters Hospitality with Westin Jaipur Resort

Manglam Group, a Rajasthan-based real estate developer, has formally entered the hospitality sector with the launch of The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa, marking its first hotel project.

The development represents a strategic diversification for the Group and the foundation of its new hospitality vertical, Manglam Spa and Resorts.

The move is part of Manglam Group’s planned Rs. 1,000 crore investment in hospitality. The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa, developed with an investment of approximately Rs. 300 crore, serves as the Group’s anchor asset in the sector.

Located at Kant Kalwar, near the foothills of the Aravalli range, the resort spans nine acres and features 135 rooms, along with seven venues designed for meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events. The project has been planned with a strong emphasis on sustainability, incorporating energy-efficient systems, climate-responsive architecture, and the use of locally sourced materials.

Manglam Group’s hospitality expansion extends beyond this flagship resort. The company is developing over 200 serviced apart’otel units under the Fern Habitat brand at Pinkwalk, Jagatpura. In addition, two more hospitality projects are currently in the planning stage, including a resort-led development and an urban hotel.
