M3M India has completely sold off Jacob & Co. branded residences, 5BHK units at the new launch of a startling Rs 40,000 per sq ft, the highest price that has ever been recorded for a residential project in this city, as per industry sources.
The parcels were put in the market in October at a minimum price of Rs 35,000 per sq ft. After adding PLC, parking, and other charges, the apartments attained the Rs 40,000-per-sq-ft figure.
The 5BHK units, which are about 6,400 sq ft each and were approximately Rs 25 crore, were reserved within three to four days only; thus, brands and investors have tremendous confidence in Noida as the next big game of premium housing.
Key Highlights
Along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway in Sector 97, the project on six acres of land is the first outing of the M3M and luxury global house Jacob & Co. collaboration, which is a world-renowned luxury watch brand. The project is supported by an investment of Rs 2,100 crore and is projected to attain Rs 3,500 crore in top line.

The initial stage will have 150 Jacob & Co.-inspired branded residences and subsequently, there will be 100 ultra-luxury serviced apartments in Phase II. With custom-made interiors, emblematic design components, and concierge services stemming from Jacob & Co.’s New York vibe, the project is not only a new benchmark in Noida's residential market but also it radically changes the landscape of the city.
The buyers are looking for worldwide design, exclusivity, and long-lasting value which eventually will push Noida to the level of markets like Mumbai, Gurugram, and Bengaluru.
