Lord Vesper Lounge Opens at The Oberoi Gurgaon

The Oberoi Group has unveiled Lord Vesper, a high-energy lounge bar at The Oberoi, Gurgaon, redefining contemporary luxury hospitality.

Designed as an immersive destination, Lord Vesper blends elegance, sophistication, and curated experiences, offering guests a modern muse for fine living. The concept is inspired by an enigmatic persona, embodying poise, balance, and refined indulgence, expressed across its design, cocktails, cuisine, and ambience.

The lounge features “Structured Fluidity” interiors, guiding guests through a circular vestibule to a central elliptical bar accentuated by a floating luminous ceiling ribbon.

Spanning three zones — the main lounge, an intimate mezzanine, and an alfresco bar with waterfront views — the space uses Black Marquina marble, walnut teakwood, brushed brass, and glass to create understated luxury. The terrace is semi-covered with an all-season foldaway roof for climate adaptability.

The beverage program, curated with Giancarlo Mancino, highlights signature cocktails like Vespertini, Lady Yuzu, The Fallen Banana, and Mr Fennel & Mrs Dill, focusing on creativity, seasonal ingredients, and lower alcohol content. The culinary menu blends global and local flavors with inventive flair, featuring dishes such as Peruvian chilli avocado tartare, Kerala coin paratha tacos, and Jack Daniel’s chicken wings.

Music evolves throughout the evening from mellow tracks to dynamic DJ sets and live performances, creating a sophisticated nightlife experience. Open daily, Lord Vesper accommodates 106 guests, combining indoor, mezzanine, and outdoor seating.
