Thai culinary showcase at Hilton Gurugram

Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre, with Arrived and The Singleton Social as partners, welcomes renowned Thai chef Seefah Ketchaiyo to a two-day gastronomic spectacle on October 4 and 5, 2025, as the hotel's first significant culinary affair in Delhi/NCR.

The event will include a specially designed five-course tasting menu, featuring Chef Seefah's renowned dishes including Laab Meung, Pulled Lamb Massaman, and Gai Yang. Attendees will be treated to an intimate, limited-seat experience, indulging in authentic Thai cuisine prepared according to tradition.

Thai-born Chef Seefah Ketchaiyo, who co-founded Mumbai’s flagship Seefah restaurant and has over 15 years of culinary experience across Thailand, China, and India, said: “Delhi-NCR has such a dynamic and evolving food culture, and I’m truly excited to bring the flavors of my home to a new audience. Thai cuisine is all about balance, depth, and heart, and this menu reflects dishes very personal to my journey.”
