Lemon Tree Hotels has announced that its material subsidiary, Fleur Hotels Limited, has been declared the Successful Bidder in an e-auction conducted by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for a prime 2.2-acre land parcel in Nehru Place, New Delhi.
The award was confirmed via Letter of Award dated 14 August 2025. The site will be developed into “Aurika, Nehru Place”, marking the debut of Lemon Tree’s upper upscale Aurika brand in the National Capital Region (NCR). Once completed, Aurika, Nehru Place will stand as one of Delhi’s largest hotels, featuring 500+ keys alongside world-class amenities.
