Lemon Tree Signs New Hotels in Ayodhya & Guwahati

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of two new upscale properties — Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya and Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati, expanding its presence in key religious and northeastern markets.

Both projects will be developed by RJ Corp Limited under Development Management and License Agreements, leveraging Lemon Tree’s technical expertise.

The hotels will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. Located in the spiritual hub of Ayodhya, Lemon Tree Premier will feature approximately 300 rooms.

The Guwahati property will mirror this premium offering with 300 rooms and an additional 50 serviced apartments featuring kitchenettes, catering to long-stay and business guests. It will also include a restaurant, banquet spaces, conference facilities, spa, and swimming pool.

Speaking on the occasion, Patanjali G. Keswani, Executive Chairman, Lemon Tree Hotels, commented, “While expanding the Lemon Tree Hotels’ portfolio substantially, these two signings align with the company’s vision of offering refreshing and comfortable stays across all destinations. The property in Guwahati will further see the company catering to a new segment of people travelling for medical tourism.”
