Lemon Tree Hotels, one of India’s leading hotel chains, has announced the opening of its latest managed property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Motihari, on October 31, 2025.

This new launch marks a significant milestone in the brand’s expansion across Eastern India, further strengthening its presence in Bihar, where it already operates one property.

The Lemon Tree Hotel, Motihari offers 50 well-appointed rooms and suites designed to combine comfort with functionality. In the first phase, the hotel will operationalize 32 rooms, the signature Citrus Café, a multi-cuisine restaurant.

The second phase will see the introduction of the remaining 18 rooms, an additional banquet hall named Tangerine, and Kebab Theater — a modern Indian specialty restaurant offering authentic kebabs, tikkas, and regional delicacies.
