
Lemon Tree Hotels, one of India’s leading hotel chains, has announced the opening of its latest managed property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Motihari, on October 31, 2025.
This new launch marks a significant milestone in the brand’s expansion across Eastern India, further strengthening its presence in Bihar, where it already operates one property.
The Lemon Tree Hotel, Motihari offers 50 well-appointed rooms and suites designed to combine comfort with functionality. In the first phase, the hotel will operationalize 32 rooms, the signature Citrus Café, a multi-cuisine restaurant.

A range of event and business facilities including Tangerine Grand 1, Tangerine Grand 2, and a Boardroom. Additional amenities such as a spa, fitness center, and swimming pool are also part of this phase.
The second phase will see the introduction of the remaining 18 rooms, an additional banquet hall named Tangerine, and Kebab Theater — a modern Indian specialty restaurant offering authentic kebabs, tikkas, and regional delicacies.
