Lansum MK Encanto Set to Redefine Luxury Living in Puppalguda

Lansum Properties, along with MK Realty, is undertaking a luxurious high-rise residential project, Lansum MK Encanto, in Puppalguda. The luxury development will be constructed on a piece of land of about 5.7 acres and it is projected to have a total built up area of about 3.24 million square feet and the estimated construction investment is approximately 2,107 crore.

The planned residential complex is a three tower project with each tower having 60 upper floors and four basement levels plus a ground floor.

The community will have its main recreational facility as a separate clubhouse building which will have four basements, a ground floor and eight high-rise structures. The building will focus on open spaces and the landscaped spaces and facilities will be spread on both the podium and the ground floor.

Encanto will provide a wide variety of lifestyle, wellness as well as recreational services. There are tennis and pickleball courts, practice nets and basketball spaces, jogging areas, skating rink, and outdoor fitness areas. Wellness-oriented areas will also be included in the project and include yoga decks, meditation lawns, reflexology pathways, and specific sit-out areas of the elderly residents.
