The spaces are immersive and intentional, catering to digital nomads, culture seekers, business travelers, and weekend explorers. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, dedicated workspaces, pet-friendly stays, complimentary breakfast, and modern in-room comforts.
At the social heart of the property is CABAMI, a rooftop restaurant and bar envisioned as a tranquil escape above the city’s pace. CABAMI serves as a relaxed all-day dining destination, combining community programming and live music evenings with a globally inspired menu featuring Mediterranean, Italian, Japanese, and Pan-Asian cuisines, accented with subtle Indian flavors.
Guests can immerse themselves in Varanasi’s cultural pulse through curated experiences such as heritage walks, Banarasi silk weaving tours, sunrise and sunset boat rides, guided Ganga Aarti viewings, and excursions to Sarnath.
“With Varanasi, we wanted to create a space that respects the city’s heritage while offering a fresh, modern stay experience. Minimalist Hotels is about community, culture, and curated living, and this launch reflects that evolution,” said Gautam Munjal, Founder of Minimalist Hotels.
