ITC Hotels to Develop Five-Star Hotel at Yashobhoomi

ITC Hotels has announced that it has been allotted land on a long-term lease by India International Convention and Exhibition Centre Limited (IICC) at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi, for the development and operation of a five-star hotel.

The upcoming property will feature contemporary banqueting facilities alongside signature cuisine offerings, reinforcing ITC Hotels’ focus on premium hospitality and destination-led dining.

The proposed hotel is envisioned as a key addition to the rapidly evolving Yashobhoomi convention district, emerging as a leading international hub for conventions, conferences, exhibitions and marquee events.

By integrating ITC Hotels’ popular and well-established cuisine concepts, the property aims to create a compelling epicurean destination, seamlessly blending luxury accommodation with memorable dining experiences for global and domestic guests.

Strategically located in Dwarka, the hotel will complement Yashobhoomi’s large-scale exhibition and convention infrastructure, catering to business travellers, event delegates, and high-profile visitors.

The development is expected to strengthen Delhi’s MICE ecosystem by adding high-quality room inventory and world-class hospitality services in close proximity to the convention centre.
