
The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has marked its entry into Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, with the signing of a Ginger-branded hotel, reinforcing its growth strategy in emerging industrial and commercial hubs.
This development is a greenfield project, reflecting IHCL’s continued investment in building new hospitality assets aligned with regional demand.
Strategically located along the Tirunelveli–Tuticorin highway, the upcoming 100-key Ginger Tuticorin is designed to offer seamless connectivity to the city’s key industrial zones, port-linked businesses, and commercial districts.
Key Highlights
The location positions the hotel to cater to both business travellers and visitors seeking efficient, contemporary accommodation in the region. The hotel will feature Ginger’s signature Qmin restaurant, offering curated culinary experiences, along with a vibrant bar designed for informal meetings and social interactions.
To support corporate travel needs, the property will include versatile meeting and event spaces, making it suitable for conferences, business gatherings, and small events. Guests focused on wellness will also have access to a state-of-the-art fitness centre, supporting holistic well-being during their stay.
