
Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the signing of Hyatt Place Bhuj, marking the debut of the Hyatt Place brand in the historic city of Bhuj, Gujarat.
The 125-key property, being developed by Primitive Property, is scheduled to open in 2029, bringing Hyatt’s modern, intuitive, and guest-centric hospitality to one of Gujarat’s fastest-growing destinations. Spread over 7,500 square meters, Hyatt Place Bhuj will offer contemporary guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge, meeting and conference spaces, outdoor dining options, and flexible event venues with pre-function areas — catering to both business and leisure travelers.

The project reflects Hyatt’s growth strategy in India, emphasizing expansion in high-potential markets with its select-service portfolio. The hotel aims to blend purposeful design, smart functionality, and local cultural touches to create a seamless guest experience.
