
The Hospitality Purchasing Managers’ Forum (HPMF) has celebrated its 15 Foundation Day, reflecting a strong journey of growth and impact within the hospitality procurement community.
Established in 2010, the organization now operates across India and multiple international chapters, with a core focus on capability building, ethical sourcing and collaboration.
Over the years, HPMF has aligned closely with national missions such as Make in India, Atma Nirbhar Bharat, Skill India, Digital India, and Swachh Bharat.
Its initiatives have strengthened local suppliers, supported MSMEs, promoted technology-driven procurement and advanced sustainable practices across the sector.
The Forum’s legacy includes 12 national conventions, continuous training programmers, supplier platforms and procurement standardization efforts, with a footprint across India, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

Key Highlights
As part of its long-term agenda, HPMF has introduced its “100 Activities in 1000 Days” initiative focused on skill development, digital transformation, sustainability and supplier capability-building across the hospitality ecosystem.
