According to property registration documents obtained by Zapkey.com, Sanjeev Agarwal, the CEO of the multinational pharmaceutical company Althera, has spent more than Rs. 72 crore on three opulent homes in Raheja Modern Vivarea.
The three units were bought in the Raheja Modern Vivarea project in South Mumbai, which was developed by K Raheja Corp.
The first apartment was bought on February 17, 2025, for Rs. 26.42 crore. It is 2,891 square feet with a 217 square foot balcony.
As per documents, on February 17, 2025, the 2,364-square-foot second apartment was bought for Rs. 20.09 crore. On May 22, 2024, the third apartment—which has a 2,873 square foot floor area and a 217 square foot balcony—was bought for Rs. 26.14 crore.
The records states that the three apartments, each with more than 8,100 square feet of RERA carpet, were bought in two stages for Rs. 72.65 crore.

According to property registration paperwork discovered by Zapkey, Kishore Bang, the promoter of the brokerage business Nirmal Bang Securities, and his wife Suman Bang paid Rs. 45.69 crore in September 2024 for two apartments in the same building.
For Rs. 154.6 crore, the promoters of Creative Plastics Group bought eight opulent apartments in a K Raheja Corp Homes development in Mahalaxmi in 2023.
