Kajol seals the deal! Sells Luxury Home in Mumbai for Rs. 3.1 crore

In Mumbai's Powai neighborhood, Kajol Vishal Devgan sold an apartment for Rs. 3.1 crore, according to records that Zapkey.com received.

They revealed that the buyers are Rajnish Vishvnath Rane and Vrushali Rajnish Rane.

According to the paperwork, the 762 square foot flat has two stack parking places and is situated on the 21st floor of the Atlantis Co-operative Housing Society Limited in Hiranandani Gardens, Powai.

Based on RERA carpet area, the property's rate per square foot comes to about Rs. 40,682 per square foot.
