Hilton has teamed up with investment company Aravest and Wee Hur Property Pte. Ltd. (part of Wee Hur Holdings) to launch Singapore's very first DoubleTree by Hilton. The popular Hotel Miramar at Robertson Quay is getting a full makeover and will reopen as a 344-room upscale hotel in 2026.
The upgrades will include refreshed rooms, new dining spots, bigger meeting areas, a fun kids' club, and even pickleball courts. Everything will keep that cozy DoubleTree vibe – think warm welcomes with their famous chocolate chip cookies – while making the stay more modern and enjoyable.
“This acquisition represents Aravest’s inaugural foray into Singapore’s vibrant hospitality market,” said Moses K Song, CEO of Aravest. “We are confident in the city’s robust tourism recovery and commercial growth potential.”
