
Godrej Properties Ltd has been granted the project registration certificate from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for its new residential project Godrej Trilogy situated in Worli, Mumbai.
In its regulatory filing on October 27, the company indicated an expectation of revenue generation exceeding Rs. 10,000 crore from the project. The project is part of a joint development to redevelop a premium parcel in the Worli area.
The redevelopment will consist of three towers to be built on a ~2.63-acre site.

The company indicated the gross estimated revenue potential of the entire project is Rs. 10,000 crores and the project is being developed off the Dr. Annie Besant Road and adjacent to the Mahalaxmi Racecourse and offers unobstructed views of the Racecourse and Arabian Sea.

At this point, RERA approvals have been achieved for 2 of the 3 proposed towers, corresponding to approximately 11 lakhs square feet of saleable area in Phase 1. Now that the approvals are in place, the company says that Phase 1 comprised of towers Seaturf and Seafront will launch in the current quarter and is expected to enhance the company’s residential portfolio in South Mumbai.
