GHR Infra, Lakshmi Infra, and Urbanblocks Realty Secure Neopolis Plot

GHR Infra, Lakshmi Infra, and Urbanblocks Realty have strengthened their leadership in Hyderabad’s real estate market by jointly winning Neopolis Plot 15, a premium 4.03-acre northeast-corner land parcel featuring two 150-ft road frontages, at a record Rs. 151.25 crore per acre.

This winning bid, made during HMDA’s Phase 3 auction, marks Telangana’s second-highest bid ever and the highest in Neopolis to date.

The only higher bid recorded in the state was Rs. 177 crore per acre in Raidurg, Hyderabad Knowledge City, in October 2025.

The acquisition significantly reinforces the consortium’s presence in Neopolis, considered Hyderabad’s most futuristic and high-potential growth corridor. Their leadership in the region was already cemented earlier this year with the announcement of The Cascades Neopolis, a Rs. 3,169-crore luxury residential project. Designed with five 63-storey towers standing at 217 metres, the development is poised to become an architectural landmark—featuring contemporary design, sustainable living, and advanced home automation.
