Excel Infra to invest INR 250 Cr in Bandra luxury project

Excel Infra Construction has made a significant foray into the luxury real estate space with the "Bellissima" project at Bandra Reclamation, marking an investment of Rs.250 crore to build a 33-storey residential tower with 96 high-end flats.

Priced at Rs.51,500 per square foot, the project is likely to rake in Rs.400 crore in revenues, arranged through a combination of equity and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF)-structured non-convertible debentures.

"This properly planned investment and implementation of cutting-edge construction technology, we are sure to deliver a project well ahead of the planned date of handover," averred Virendra Vora, Promoter and Managing Partner, Excel Infra Construction.
