Elan The Mark Gurugram Project Awarded Rs. 1,000 Cr LoI

Elan Group has appointed Leighton India, part of the CIMIC Group, for the construction of its premium mixed-use development ‘Elan The Mark’ in Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, through a Letter of Intent (LoI) valued at Rs. 1,000 crore.

The appointment covers extensive civil and structural works for one of the region’s most ambitious real estate developments.

The project is a key component of Elan Group’s integrated 50-acre township, designed as a next-generation luxury ecosystem that blends retail, commercial, residential, and hospitality elements.

Elan The Mark itself will span nearly 5.5 million sq.ft. of built-up area across present and future phases, reinforcing Gurugram’s emergence as a premium real estate hub.

The development brings together a consortium of globally renowned design and engineering firms. Benoy (London) leads architectural design, while SWA (California) handles landscape planning. WET Design (California) is responsible for water features, and Meinhardt Facade Technology (Singapore) oversees building envelope systems. Structural and engineering design are managed by LERA and Thornton Tomasetti (New York).

Lerch Bates (USA) provides vertical transportation expertise, and RWDI (Canada) contributes wind, acoustics, and microclimate engineering.

Leighton Asia, an internationally recognized construction major, will execute the project works. The collaboration highlights Elan Group’s focus on global expertise, engineering precision, and luxury-led development standards along the rapidly growing Dwarka Expressway corridor.
