In Gurugram’s upscale Sector 49, Elan Group has announced a landmark ultra-luxury residential development that underscores the city’s growing appetite for large-format, design-forward homes.

The Gurugram-based developer plans to invest nearly Rs. 1,600 crore in Elan The Statement, a premium project positioned to redefine luxury living in one of NCR’s most sought-after residential corridors.

Spread across approximately six acres, the project’s first phase will introduce 230 expansive four-bedroom residences across five elegant towers.

A defining feature of Elan The Statement is its low-density planning and refined spatial design. The two-homes-per-core layout ensures enhanced privacy, while private lift lobbies create a sense of exclusivity typically associated with high-end global residences. The announcement follows Elan Group’s earlier declaration in February of an additional Rs. 3,000 crore investment in an ultra-luxury housing project in Dwarka Expressway. With a portfolio of 15 projects across Gurugram and New Delhi, Elan Group continues to expand its footprint in India’s premium real estate segment, responding to sustained demand for luxury homes in NCR.
