Della Townships Unveils India's First Longevity Wellness Hub

Della Townships has teamed up with Austria’s medical wellness brand MAYRLIFE to introduce European-style health living in India. The collaboration will integrate medical wellness facilities into Della’s upcoming townships across cities including Nagpur, Goa, Thane, and Ranthambore, with plans for six more locations.

Each township will feature a MAYRLIFE wellness centre offering treatments focused on longevity, nutrition, and lifestyle management. The centres will combine modern diagnostics with holistic therapies rooted in the Austrian MAYR method

Jimmy Mistry, Chairman and Managing Director of Della Group, said the goal is to make wellness a part of daily life: “Every Della Township will have a world-class medical wellness facility focused on longevity and holistic living.”.

MAYRLIFE CEO Dieter Resch noted that the company will train Indian professionals to match Austrian standards. “Our approach focuses on gut health, nutrition, and lifestyle balance. We aim to bring the same level of care and expertise to India,” he said.

The partnership aligns with Della’s ₹20,000 crore real estate pipeline and aims to position the company as a leader in wellness-oriented urban design. It marks a growing trend in India’s real estate market, where wellness-focused living spaces are in increasing demand.
