Century Real Estate is launching a ₹3,000 crore mixed-use project in Marathahalli, Bengaluru.
The 14-acre development is located off the Outer Ring Road, connecting key areas like Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, and Indiranagar — a hub for IT and residential growth.
The project will include about 1.7 million sq ft of residential space with nearly 750 apartments and 0.5 million sq ft of office and retail areas.
Designed with Belt Collins, the plan focuses on open spaces, efficient layouts, and pedestrian-friendly access.
