Crietor Group Launches The Skye Residential Project

Crietor Group has unveiled its latest luxury residential project, The Skye, in Kozhikode Calicut which it developed as an exclusive low-density residential area that caters to high-end buyers who want to reside in nature-based environments. The project launch event attracted more than 300 guests who attended the grand ceremony which demonstrated high public interest and the company's goal to create a unique brand presence within the luxury housing market.

The development at Kashmir Kunnu will occupy 10 acres of land to create 62 private residences which extend across the site. The design of each unit creates a spacious villa-style home with built-up areas ranging from 3,200 square feet to 5,700 square feet.

The Skye starts from a base price of approximately ₹2.6 crore which contributes to a total project value of approximately ₹250 crore. The project provides various high-end facilities which include a clubhouse that covers 22000 square feet, a swimming pool, a conference hall, a mini-golf course, a pickleball court, and a 1.5 kilometer jogging and cycling track. The property achieves its luxury status through special elements which include a valley-view deck and a working helipad.
