County Group Launches Rs. 1,200 Cr Ultra-Luxury Project in Noida

County Group, a leading real estate developer, has launched an ultra-luxury residential project, Clove County, in Noida Sector 151, with an investment exceeding Rs. 1,200 crore.

The development will feature 226 premium apartments spread across three towers on a 5-acre parcel, along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.

The project will offer 4BHK units of approximately 4,077 sq ft and 5BHK apartments ranging from 5,310 sq ft to 6,417 sq ft, with prices starting at Rs. 10 crore and going up to Rs. 18 crore, depending on configuration and size.

County Group had previously acquired the 5-acre land parcel via auction for ₹475 crore and plans to develop over 11 lakh square feet of residential area. In 2025, the developer launched Ivory County in Sector 115, Noida (63 lakh sq ft), and Jade County on NH24, Ghaziabad (30 lakh sq ft), further cementing its presence in North India’s luxury real estate market.

With over 60% open space, the project hosts landscaped greens, water bodies, pedestrian walkways, and a greenhouse, among other amenities.
