County Group, a real estate developer, has launched Jade County, a newly planned residential project in Ghaziabad. The company has committed to investing Rs. 1,800 crore into the project.
The project will occupy 13.33 acres in Wave City township and feature about 1,000 units. County Group bought the land parcel from Wave Group at Rs. 400 crore, it stated in a release.
The total saleable area in the project will be 30 lakh square feet. "The total investment outlay will be Rs. 1,800 crore," the company said.
According to RERA timelines, delivery for the project is set to begin in 2030 and will take the form of phases.
Jade County is strategically located on NH24 at Wave City and will be an Indian Green Building Council's (IGBC) pre-certified gold project with an approximate 1,000 residential units across four premium apartment sizes - 2358 sq. ft, 2898 sq. ft, 3555 sq. ft and 5094 sq. ft. These will be constructed in nine high-rise towers, 27 to 31 storeys tall. It will feature a 55,000 sq ft clubhouse and a 7,000 sq ft commercial complex.
The project takes inspiration from a Jade stone. The project has 80% open space and includes curvilinear balconies, petal-shaped crowns which give it jewel-like presence on the skyline, according to the company.
The company has completed several real estate projects such as Orange County, Olive County, Cherry County, Coco County, Ivy County, County Spaces, Noida's First Luxury Project, Cleo County project and also Noida's ultra luxury project County 107.
