Club Mahindra Expands with Corbett Resort

Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) has declared the opening of Club Mahindra Nadiya Parao Resort in Jim Corbett and has solidified its foot print in Uttarakhand and enhanced its presence in one of the most desired nature based destinations in India.

The new property is the second resort that the company has in Jim Corbett, and this fact indicates that the company has a strategic focus on the high-demand leisure markets.

The opening coincides with the near-term objective of MHRIL to increase its rooms by 1,000 by FY26 to meet its long-term target of 10,000 keys operating under the Club M brand and 12,000 keys in total in FY30. The growth is indicative of a further focus on increasing the inventory of the company and improving the experiences of its guests.

In response to the growth, Manoj Bhat, Managing Director and CEO, MHRIL, said that the company intends to be the top leisure hospitality provider in India, with the focus to the family as its core. He observed that Nadiya Parao is an accomplishment in its growth path especially in destinations that have experienced high and consistent demand.

The 57-room resort covers an area of almost 10 acres and integrates high-quality leisure facilities with good event facilities, which includes lawned landscapes, a banquet hall, and access to the river.

The property will be geared towards serving families, destination weddings and corporate offsites so as to allow diversified streams of demand under one asset.
