Chin Lung Brewery, one of Bengaluru’s most iconic names in hospitality, has announced the grand opening of its largest flagship outlet in Marathalli.

Spanning an expansive 15,000 square feet with a seating capacity of 650 guests, the new venue marks a major milestone in the brand’s ongoing expansion across the city. Founded more than 65 years ago as Bangalore’s oldest community bar, Chin Lung has steadily evolved into a craft brewing powerhouse. The new Marathalli outlet blends this rich legacy with contemporary brewing innovation, showcasing a wide range of signature house-brewed beers.

These include hoppy IPAs, smooth wheat beers, fruit-infused varieties, and seasonal specialties. Each beer is crafted using temperature-controlled brewing systems, ensuring consistent quality and freshness.

Beyond its premium beer portfolio, the brewery emphasizes culinary excellence with a menu that combines contemporary Asian cuisine and timeless Chin Lung classics, including the legendary Roti pe Bhoti—a dish of tender, marinated mutton served on soft roti. Food and beer pairings have been specially curated to elevate the overall dining experience.
