Smartworks Leases 8.15 Lakh Sq Ft at Eastbridge Mumbai

Smartworks Coworking Spaces has achieved a landmark expansion with the licensing of over 8.15 lakh sq ft at Eastbridge, Mumbai, a premium commercial project developed by Regalia Office Parks, part of the Niranjan Hiranandani Group.

The deal marks the largest managed office campus globally ever leased by a single provider, cementing Smartworks’ position as the category leader in the managed workspace sector.

Located on LBS Marg, Vikhroli (W), Eastbridge is one of Mumbai’s most strategically connected business districts.

The campus, set to go live in Q4 CY 2026, offers connectivity through the Central Railway line, JVLR, and Eastern and Western Express Highways, along with an upcoming metro line and a planned flyover enhancing accessibility.

Eastbridge adheres to global sustainability and wellness standards, being WELL Certified Core, Pre-certified IGBC Gold Green Building, and Pre-certified IGBC Gold Health & Well-being. The campus integrates green energy systems, organic waste converters, EV charging, rainwater harvesting, and landscaped green zones.
