ASPHL Expands with Zone Connect Hotel in Vishakhapatnam

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels, the hospitality group behind THE Park Hotels, has announced its latest expansion in Andhra Pradesh with the signing of a hotel management agreement for a new Zone Connect by THE Park in Vishakhapatnam.

This move reflects ASPHL’s strategy to strengthen its presence across key Indian destinations and cater to the growing demand for premium hospitality in emerging urban centers. The upcoming property will offer 52 well-appointed rooms, designed to provide a comfortable and modern stay for both business and leisure travelers.

Guests will have access to Café C, an all-day dining restaurant featuring global and regional cuisines, and an open-air coffee shop overlooking the scenic sea view, promising a vibrant culinary experience.

The hotel is also designed for celebrations and corporate gatherings, with indoor banquet facilities that can host up to 300 guests, making it an attractive venue for weddings, social events, and business conferences. Additional amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and leisure facilities aimed at enhancing guest comfort and creating a well-rounded hospitality experience.
