ASPHL signs Hotel Management Agreement with RR Jain Infra for New property in Indore

Under its high-end social lifestyle brand, Zone by The Park, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels (ASPHL) has announced that it has signed a hotel management agreement with RR Jain Infra for a new facility in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

The state's first integrated film, cultural, and entertainment destination, Alankrit Film City, will house the future 117-key hotel. Zone by The Park, Indore, is ideally situated within 30 minutes from Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport and strives to provide a fusion of contemporary hospitality and experiences driven by design.

With amenities including Playa, a pool area, Vitalia Spa, and Bazaar, an all-day dining restaurant Z Bar, it is made to cater to both business and pleasure travelers. Additionally, the facility will have large indoor and outdoor banquet facilities that may accommodate social gatherings, business parties, and weddings.

In order to increase the property's attractiveness as a hospitality and entertainment hub in Central India, the hotel will be situated in Alankrit Film City, which is intended to be a comprehensive cultural attraction featuring shooting sites, film sets, thematic gardens, leisure areas, and a wedding mandapam.
