Arisinfra Secures Rs. 100 Cr Contracts in North Bengaluru

India’s construction and real estate sector is undergoing a technology-driven transformation, with Arisinfra Solutions emerging as a frontrunner through its integrated supply-and-services business model.

Strengthening its presence in North Bengaluru, the company has secured Rs. 100 crore worth of new contracts from Arsh Greens and Eternity Group, covering plotted developments, villas, and apartments. These wins expand Arisinfra’s regional portfolio to 2.45 million sq. ft. of RERA carpet area, translating into a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs. 1,400 crores.

The fresh contracts comprise Rs. 50 crores in execution services and over Rs. 50 crores in material supply agreements, reinforcing its dual strength as both a supply partner and an execution expert.

Commenting on the achievement, Srinivasan Gopalan, CEO, Arisinfra Solutions, said: “North Bengaluru is one of India’s most exciting real estate corridors, and with these new wins, Arisinfra adds long-term visibility to our order book, multi-revenue streams, and high profitability opportunities. Importantly, all approvals are already in place, eliminating gestation risk and enabling us to commence within the next 90 days.”

Notably, the projects are designed with short execution timelines of 24–30 months, ensuring faster revenue recognition and quicker returns. Arsh Greens will launch immediately, while the other two projects are set to commence within 90 days. With services division margins consistently above 50 percent, profitability is expected to be strong. Arisinfra’s integrated order book now stands at nearly Rs. 850 crores, of which Rs. 750 crores have been secured post-listing, underscoring robust momentum.
