These new wins mark a strategic expansion for the company in Tier-1 cities, specifically in Gurugram and Bengaluru—two of India’s most dynamic property markets. The first and larger contract, worth Rs. 821 crore, was awarded by Whiteland Corporation for the construction of high-rise residential towers under the 'Urban Resort' project in Sector 103, Gurugram. The development is slated for completion within three years and emphasizes luxury urban living.
Key Highlights
The second contract, valued at Rs. 282.5 crore, comes from Nestled Haven Estates and Maia Estates for their 'The Beacon' project in Bengaluru. Ahluwalia will execute both structural and finishing works over a 32-month timeline, bringing its expertise to one of India’s fastest-growing metro cities.
