MOMA Intl Named Design Consultant for Mondrian Project

The globally recognized architecture and interior design studio MOMA International has been selected to serve as interior design consultant at Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences in Ras Al Khaimah.

ELEVATE leads the development project in collaboration with Ennismore, which operates as a rapidly expanding lifestyle hospitality business and has developed one of the most awaited branded residential projects in the UAE.

MOMA International will handle all interior design work for public spaces and lifestyle areas and dining establishments according to this mandate. The project will benefit from its main feature which introduces "Fi'lia by the Beach" as a special dining concept that will improve its hospitality experience.

The design approach intends to merge Mondrian's world-famous artistic and cultural identity with an elegant beachfront residential space which will create both aesthetic beauty and practical living areas.

The project, which has a budget of about AED 1.8 billion, marks Mondrian's first beachfront residential project in this area and its completion will happen during the fourth quarter of 2028. Al Marjan Island hosts the project which forms a part of ELEVATE's development pipeline that exceeds $1 billion.

The development has already experienced high market demand, as its first phase brought in sales of more than AED 700 million within a brief period because of strong interest in high-end branded homes.

The project will cover a large developed area through its design-based residential structure which will include over 60000 square feet of specially designed facilities. The project includes wellness centers and private beach access points and social areas which are created to support an upscale lifestyle.
