Raymond Realty Unveils Rs 2,000 Cr Ten X District 9 Project

Raymond Realty has unveiled a massive residential project, Ten X District 9, in Thane, and is estimated to have a revenue potential of Rs 2000 crore.

The project, which is spread across nine acres, is planned to be a next generation residential community that is set to be a blend of urban comfort and open green areas in the fast-developing Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The development is to be developed as an all-inclusive residential ecosystem with over five acres of landscaped open spaces and over 75 lifestyle facilities.

The main product of 10 X District 9 will be grand two-bedroom apartments that are between 600 and 820 square feet, fitted to be as efficient as possible in terms of space, natural ventilation, and daylight.

The two large clubhouses that will be used as lifestyle central hubs (each with a footprint of about 15,000 square feet) are part of the community infrastructure of the project. These facilities will consist of a high-grade gymnasium, spa, mini theatre, banquet, and sports facilities including the squash and badminton courts to meet the wide recreational and fitness requirements.

One of the most prominent points of the project is the Park street which is a 45,000 square foot high-street retail boulevard built into the project. The shopping mall will have high quality restaurants and basic shopping facilities and will provide a closed city atmosphere to the inhabitants.

The project will be structured according to the principles of sustainability and will be in accordance with the strategies of the Indian Green Building Council. It has got regulatory sanction by Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority, which has further enhanced the growing presence of Raymond Realty in the residential real estate business in the area.
