Inside Navi Mumbai's New Super Specialty Hospital by Vascon

In CBD-Belapur, Navi Mumbai, a major healthcare infrastructure landmark is set to take shape as Vascon Engineers begins construction of a Super Specialty Hospital commissioned by the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC).

Valued at Rs. 260.09 crore (including GST), the project is scheduled for completion within 36 months from the commencement of work.

Designed to address the growing healthcare needs of the rapidly developing Navi Mumbai region, the hospital will be equipped with advanced medical infrastructure, modern treatment facilities, and integrated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

For Vascon Engineers, the project further strengthens its presence in large-scale urban infrastructure. The company’s current order book stands at approximately Rs. 2,800 crore, reflecting a healthy 2.8x coverage of FY25 EPC revenues. This strong pipeline underlines Vascon’s role in shaping civic and institutional developments across India’s fast-growing cities.

With an execution capability of nearly 8 million square feet annually and operations running at around 90 percent utilization, Vascon brings significant scale to the project. Its delivery strength is supported by a 800+ member project and engineering team, ensuring technical precision and timely execution.
