Pune Realtor Vascon Engineers Eyes Rs. 2,500 Crore by FY27

Vascon Engineers Ltd. has announced its plans for growth, which include an EPC order book of Rs. 4,000 crores and real estate projects worth Rs. 2,500 crores by FY2027. The company currently operates in 13 cities and has 75:25 government-private EPC orders.

The order book is around Rs. 3,000 crores, consisting of some major projects, including a medical college in Bihar (Rs. 606 crores), Capgemini IT Park in Chennai (Rs. 416 crores) and Vedanta Township (Rs. 260 crores). In Pune, the company has projects such as Pune Police Staff Quarters (Rs. 262 crores) and a hospital at Moshi (Rs. 277 crores) and is actively engaged in the development of residential projects under JV models to the tune of Rs. 1,700–2,000 crores.

In Mumbai, the company is adopting a redevelopment strategy with projects in Santacruz and Powai expected to generate total sales of Rs. 1,050 crores. The company has a real estate order book of near-term projects of 1.94 million sq ft, with expected sales value of Rs. 2,360 crores. EPC operations are operating at around 85 percent capacity utilisation, which we think is scalable, due to strong execution with order inflow.
