Hero Realty Ties Up with Panasonic for Smart Homes Project

Hero Realty from Hero Enterprise has recently partnered with Panasonic Electric Works India and made a strategic business relationship for its luxury project, The Palatial, located on Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, India.

Hero Realty plans to combine its own expertise in design development with Panasonic’s knowledge of high-quality electrical systems and advanced smart home technologies to create co-branded, smart homes that are ready for the future.

Panasonic will provide its products to 150 units at The Palatial. Some examples of products being installed are distribution boards, switchgear, wiring systems, EV chargers, light fixtures and security & camera systems, etc., in addition to additional smart home automation devices and energy saving appliances.

These special residences will be available in a choice of 3.5 BHK or 4.5 BHK, and starting prices will be Rs 5.25 crore.

According to Rohit Kishore, CEO, Hero Realty, as a result of this partnership, Panasonic and Hero Realty will work together to enhance everyday living by providing safe, comfortable, and dependable solutions comprised of innovative technologies that promote individual wellness.

Yoshiyuki Kato, Managing Director, Panasonic Electric Works, believes this partnership will allow Panasonic to transition into providing an integrated residential ecosystem and provide long-term benefits through reliable infrastructure and innovative products.

The Palatial will occupy 11 acres of land with high-rise buildings.
