
Pristine Landmark Spaces LLP has signed a major land deal to acquire 4.2 acres in Pune’s Vadgaon Sheri for ₹250 crore, marking a bold move in the city’s real estate scene.
It was also accompanied by the stamp duty payment of 17.5 crore on February 4, 2026, which is indicative of the developer having planned to acquire this prime parcel and later develop it.
According to the official documents, Kumar City Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. and Kumar Urban Development Pvt. Ltd. sell the land. The sale agreement will merely lay the groundwork and the end conveyance deed and project green lights will remain subject to pending approvals and title clearances.

Such a strategic position along Nagar Road and proximity to Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar and the Pune airport has seen Vadgaon Sheri becoming one of the most active real estate micro-markets in Pune within a short period of time. This area is also attracting more developers not only due to residential developments but also in terms of mixed-use developments, and this is enhancing its popularity as a long-term growth area.
