VLIV by Experion Unveils Premium Women-Only Coliving Space in Noida

VLIV, a managed rental housing brand from Experion (part of AT Capital Group), has opened its first co-living residence for women in Greater Noida. This new, purpose-designed residence is VLIV's first step into a structured, service-led rental housing ecosystem in India, which is expected to evolve to meet the dynamic needs of India's urban co-living environments.

VLIV is backed with a $300 million investment commitment. The Greater Noida project includes 730 twin-sharing beds and was designed to provide occupants with a reliable, well-managed living experience with an emphasis on safety, comfort, and well-being.

The residence promises a balance of thoughtful design and reliable infrastructure/amenities such as biometric access, 24-hour security, wellness zones and certified kitchens, and utilizes technology that quietly integrates into daily life so that everything feels natural and efficient.
