Taapsee Pannu buys Rs. 4.3 crore flat in Goregaon West

Inspectors general confirm that actress Taapsee Pannu and her sister Shagun Pannu have gained ownership of a luxury apartment in Mumbai for nearly Rs. 4.33 crore.

The apartment covers 1,390 sq ft and can be found in Goregaon West. The paper confirmed that the total built-up area of the property is 1,669 sq ft. Square Yards has confirmed from the IGR property registration that Imperial Heights is the ready-to-move-in residential project where the property is located.

There are two car parking spaces with the home and the actress’s stamp duty amount was Rs. 21.65 lakh. According to the documents, the transaction was logged in the system on May 15, 2025.

According to Square Yards data intelligence, Alpha Heights had 47 property transactions during this period, with an overall value of 168 crore rupees mentioned in the IGR. The average value of a square foot in the project has been set at Rs. 32,170.

The area of Goregaon West is located between Andheri and Malad, allowing people to reach it via the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road and the Railway line. The zone has developed rapidly, turning into a major hub for business and housing by creating various office spaces, IT centers, co-working places, retail stores and malls.
