The joint venture between Trehan Iris and Sarovar Hotels introduced Iris Sarovar Portico which operates as a high-end facility inside Iris Broadway Mall located in Sector 85 of Gurugram. The hotel consists of 79 rooms and cost an investment of Rs.75 crore while generating estimated revenue of Rs.10–12 crore as it provides business travelers and leisure guests a combination of modern design with comfortable accommodations. Wealthy travelers find enjoyment by using the hotel's wireless internet technology and room features and rooftop swimming pool and fitness center and room for private events accommodating 120 people. Guests at Iris Sarovar Portico have access to Flavours restaurant for daily dining and they can enjoy city views from the Terrace Grill rooftop restaurant.

The hotel creates additional value for Iris Broadway through its perfect position next to Dwarka Expressway, NH-48 and SPR where it resides within the 2.8-acre mixed-use hub that houses 45+ operational brands.
