Serene Communities to Build Premium Senior Living in Budigere

Serene Communities has partnered with Gardencity Realty to develop a premium senior living community in Budigere, one of Bengaluru’s fastest-growing residential corridors.

The project will span a saleable area of 3,00,000 sq. ft. with a Gross Development Value of Rs. 300 crore, strengthening Serene Communities’ expansion plans in a market witnessing rising demand for high-quality senior living.

The company currently has 11 new projects in the pipeline, representing a planned investment of Rs 2,500 crores and adding 3,000 units to its existing 1,700 operational homes.

In Bengaluru alone, Serene Communities intends to invest Rs. 500 crores over the next three to five years, further scaling its senior living footprint.

Adjacent to The Virtuoso, the Budigere project will offer 250 premium 2 and 3 BHK homes, with prices starting at Rs 80 lakhs. Approvals are expected within six months, following which construction and sales will begin.

Designed around the philosophy of positive ageing, the community will feature a large clubhouse, library, dedicated dining and recreational spaces, senior-friendly fitness facilities, therapy gardens, physiotherapy zones, spa, swimming pool, and a 24×7 health and wellness centre. Outdoor offerings include walking and cycling tracks, landscaped gardens, and curated activity zones that promote comfort, dignity, and active living.
