Serene Communities, Prathima Group Launch Senior Projects

Serene Communities by Columbia Pacific has partnered with Prathima Group to launch two senior living projects in Hyderabad, marking its formal entry into Telangana’s senior housing market.

The collaboration represents a Rs. 400 crore investment, blending Serene Communities’ global expertise in positive ageing with Prathima Group’s strong real estate credentials.

The first project, Serene Bilvani One, located in Shankarpally, has received RERA approval and is set to redefine senior living in Hyderabad. Designed by Clark Lloyd Architects and developed by Sri Bilvani Homes LLP (under license from Prathima Group).

the project comprises 265 residences of 2- and 3-BHK homes, all 100 percent Vastu-compliant, with prices starting from Rs. 60 lakh.

Built around the philosophy of wellbeing and connected living, the project integrates clinical oversight by KITES Senior Care and preventive wellness technology through SeniorShield. Amenities include a senior-friendly gym, swimming pool, spa, physiotherapy centre, 24×7 health and wellness support, and therapy gardens to promote an active, mindful lifestyle.

Located in Hyderabad’s green zone, Serene Bilvani One offers accessibility — just 7 minutes from the railway station and under an hour from the airport — making it ideal for both serenity and convenience.
