Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd. (SIIL) has secured a ₹450-crore turnkey contract to construct a Project Affected Persons (PAP) housing complex in Powai, Mumbai.
Commissioned by BSS Property Ventures and Rajeshwar Property Ventures, entities backed by Brookfield-managed funds, the project is a major component of a broader six-acre urban renewal plan. Phase 1 of the initiative spans approximately 1.6 million sq. ft., incorporating residential units and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, aiming for a total development of 2.0 million sq. ft. in this stage.
Upon completion in 36 months, the PAP complex will be handed over to the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA).
Phase 2 of the development will add another 2.5 million sq. ft. of commercial and retail space, highlighting Brookfield’s long-term investment strategy in Mumbai’s urban landscape.
This win further consolidates SIIL’s growing reputation in urban infrastructure, building on its history of delivering high-value projects for clients like Larsen & Toubro (L&T). With this contract, SIIL’s order book has expanded to Rs. 1,725 crore, positioning the firm as a leading player in large-scale, complex construction projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
