Privana North by DLF Gets RERA Approval, Redefines Luxury in Gurugram

DLF has received RERA approval for its upcoming luxury residential project, Privana North, located in Sectors 76 and 77 of Gurugram, part of the expansive 116-acre DLF Privana township.

Spread over 17 acres, Privana North is expected to house around 1,100 premium units across six 50-storey towers, likely to be the tallest ever developed by DLF. 

The project will feature spacious 4BHK apartments, 12-foot decks, penthouses with east- and west-facing views, and 3.4-meter floor-to-ceiling heights, glass façades, and nature-inspired lobbies.

Strategically situated at the junction of SPR, NH-48, Dwarka Expressway, and CPR, Privana North offers strong connectivity to key business and lifestyle hubs, surrounded by corporate parks, international schools, luxury hotels, and golf courses.

According to DLF, demand for both Privana North and its upcoming Mumbai project remains robust, driven by interest from local buyers and NRIs. Previous launches, Privana South and West in 2024, witnessed record-breaking sales, with over Rs. 12,790 crore in combined bookings within days of launch.

The luxury housing market in NCR, especially in Gurugram, is experiencing strong momentum. As per Cushman & Wakefield, 1,849 units priced at Rs. 10 crore and above were launched in Gurugram from Q1 2024 to Q1 2025. Over 70 percent of the 2,768 units in Sectors 76 and 77 fall in the luxury segment, signaling strong market appetite.

Other high-end developments like Trump Residences in Sector 69, which sold out on launch day with bookings worth Rs. 3,250 crore, highlight growing demand for branded and ultra-luxury homes in the region.
